RainyNightFrog provides web game publishing, play, and community features. You must meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction, or have guardian consent, to use paid or tipping features.

Creators are responsible for uploaded games, descriptions, and assets, including accurate AI disclosure. Illegal, infringing, malicious, or misleading content is prohibited.

We may review, unpublish, or remove content that violates community rules or law, and suspend or terminate accounts.

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

RainyNightFrog tips are voluntary support, not a purchase of games or digital goods. Games remain fully playable without tipping.

Site-wide platform fee is currently 0% (early creator promotion). When you first enable tips, that rate locks for your game. If the site-wide rate later increases (reference: 5%), games already locked at 0% are unaffected.

Payment processor fees (Stripe/PayPal, typically ~2.9% + $0.30 USD per tip) are separate from the platform fee.

Estimated creator net ≈ tip − platform fee (currently 0%) − processor fee. Funds are processed through the platform and accumulate until batch payout.

Tips are generally non-refundable support payments; any refund policy after launch will be posted here.

Tips are processed by Stripe. Sandbox/test mode does not charge real money; live keys create real charges. You cannot tip your own games.

We may adjust the site-wide platform fee. Any change will be announced at least 30 days in advance and applies only to new transactions after the effective date — never retroactively to settled or withdrawn amounts.

RainyNightFrog routes voluntary tips to creators via Stripe Connect marketplace. The platform currently charges 0% service fee. This is not tax or legal advice.

RainyNightFrog collects account data (email, display name), uploaded game content, play and analytics events, and tip/payout records to operate the platform.

Billing addresses are used for receipts and compliance; payment card data is processed by Stripe and full card numbers are not stored on our servers.

You can export personal data or delete your account under Data & account. Exports include tip receipts and transaction history.

We may use cookies and analytics to improve the service; if Google Analytics is enabled, you can limit tracking in your browser settings.

RainyNightFrog is not fully liable for user-uploaded games, creator statements, or interactions between users. Games are provided by creators; we provide hosting and discovery.

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from network issues, third-party services, or force majeure.

Tax reporting and compliance with local laws (consumer protection, AML, etc.) are the responsibility of creators and payers; seek professional advice when needed.
